CCL Label Ashford has created and continues to refine a dedicated Inspection Department responsible for reviewing every manufactured label prior to despatch. The department uses a combination of the latest inspection technology and skilled operators to ensure we meet customers' expectations.
Inspection processes are tailored to customer needs and can include the verification of barcodes and sequential numbering for reconciliation.
CCL Label (Ashford) Ltd has an established Quality Management System that is certified to ISO9001:2000.
CCL Label (Ashford) Ltd has adopted many of the requirements of the PS9000:2001 pharmaceutical standard and has established robust systems of control of materials and contamination prevention that consistently meet customer needs and expectations.
Combined with the internal auditing programme CCL Label (Ashford) Ltd welcomes customer feedback on improvement opportunities and customer audits can be arranged on request.
CCL Label Ashford designs and manufactures its own specialist machinery and includes customised integration of other equipment when required. CCL Label Ashford's on site engineering departments support customer focused goals further by offering maximum product flexibility on our adaptive machinery.
One of CCL Label Ashford’s strengths is in providing these capabilities at each CCL location around the world giving the added ability to transfer either load or capacity between selected locations for specific projects.

Folding
CCL Label Ashford's ability to offer quality at excellent value is evident further by examining the variety of finishing capabilities. These include:

Each member of the team is trained to a high standard and is encouraged to continually develop their day-to-day relationships with all our customers, new and prospective.
The team works very closely with the Technical departments to identify alternative approaches to problems and ways to achieve cost reductions in the supply chain. For example, the team might discuss ideas such as changes to order placement, machine run times or call off schedules with the customer.
