CUSTOMER RETURNS
If any customer receives a delivery of finished labels that is faulty, defective or below the agreed quality standard, the CCL Label (Ashford) Ltd Quality Department will treat this as a product complaint and deal with it following Standard Operating Procedures.
The CCL Label (Ashford) Ltd Quality Department will liaise with the customer to determine whether the products need to be returned, held at the customer’s premises or disposed of.
No returns will be accepted under any other circumstances.
