ORDER CANCELLATIONS BY CUSTOMERS

CHARGING GUIDELINES

CCL Label (Ashford) Ltd's  Terms and Conditions of Sale provide for CCL Label (Ashford) Ltd to be paid for any work carried out in response to customers’ written orders that are subsequently cancelled or suspended by the customer.  The following guidelines further clarify the existing policy.

Unless a customer has agreed alternative cancellation terms with CCL Label (Ashford) Ltd customers who cancel previously issued purchase orders will be charged according to the schedule given below.

Additional Notes

1. CCL Label (Ashford) Ltd will destroy all part produced or finished, cancelled orders at no additional cost, unless otherwise instructed by the customer.

2. CCL Label (Ashford) Ltd is entitled to be reimbursed for material specially ordered and other additional costs including storage, as appropriate.
